The company is primarily engaged in the manufacture of gears for sectors as demanding as the Navy, differentials, and machine tools, among others. It was establised in 1947 and was incorporated in January of 1983. The company has a registered office located in Sant Joan de Vilatorrada, Spain. The company provides its clients with a technical consultancy service, supported by its experience and latest generation gearing calculation and design software. This service enables it to work on the basis of the client's requirements, optimising the design characteristics and the process of producing the gears, by simulating the contact footprint, carrying out a topographical examination of the tooth, and analysing the pressure on the edge, and the transmission capacity and power. The company's markets are within the European Union, mainly Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, France and Spain, with occasional exports to other markets. Its current export quota is more than 75 percent.
